Why I Do This
California's wage & hour laws are aggressive. The penalties are severe. And most employers don't know they're non-compliant until an employee files a PAGA claim or the DLSE shows up.
I started this practice because I kept seeing the same pattern: good companies, well-meaning HR leaders, sitting on $100K+ in exposure they had no idea existed. A missed meal break here. A pay stub error there. A final pay calculation that's been wrong for two years.
These aren't bad people. They're busy operators who don't know what they don't know.
I'm not a lawyer. I don't represent you in court. I'm the person who shows you where the problems are before you need a lawyer. I've been in-house. I know how this works at scale. And I know how to fix it.
